This presentation will highlight clinical research studies completed in the last year that are of importance to critical care clinicians. Published studies were selected based on the following criteria: 1) relevance to critical care nursing practice; 2) new evidence, guidelines, or meta-analysis which recommends important practice changes; and 3) potential for impact on patient safety.
