To provide professional growth and networking opportunities for critical-care nurses

The Ocean State Chapter of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses was founded over 20 years ago by a group of nurses working at various Rhode Island Intensive Care Units.  The chapter offers critical-care nurses, nursing students and healthcare professionals the opportunity to network and share best practices. 

Membership in local chapters provide many opportunities to become involved in AACN sponsored activities and to link with other critical-care nurses from around the region.

Ocean State Chapter programs are held regularly throughout the year, provides CEs and are free with chapter membership.
