Getting to Chicago
- Chicago Airports
The two closest airports to Chicago are O'Hare International Airport and Midway
Airport. O'Hare International Airport is located approximately 13 miles from downtown
Chicago. Midway Airport is located approximately 12 miles from downtown Chicago.
- Arriving by Air
AACN has negotiated special reduced-rate airfares for all NTI attendees, speakers
and exhibitors, as well as their traveling companions. For your convenience, reservations
may be booked either with your local travel agent or by calling the airlines directly.
Be sure to provide your booking agent with the appropriate file number (below) to
qualify for the discounted airfare. Book your ticket at least 60 days prior to your
departure date and you may qualify for an additional discount.

When you arrive – Transportation from the Airport

Are you arriving in Chicago at O'Hare or Midway for NTI? AACN has negotiated a special

- Taxi Service Fees from/to the Airports
Taxi prices from O'Hare International Airport vary depending on travel time from
$30-50. Taxi prices from Midway Airport also vary depending on travel time from

Getting Around Chicago
- Taxi
Sometimes getting around Chicago is best via taxi. The initial charge is $2.25 for
the first 1/9 mile. The additional fraction of mile charge is 20 cents for each
additional 1/9 mile. Every 36 seconds of time elapsed is 20 cents. The flat fee
for the first additional passenger is $1.00; the flat fee for each additional passenger,
after the first additional passenger is 50 cents. Taxi Tip: Please provide your
taxi cab driver with the address of the location that you are going to. This will

Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) offers fast, convenient bus and train lines to major
