Join Your Colleagues at Fall Regional Meetings
Do you want a chance to network with colleagues from your area and learn more about your professional association? Then, join other AACN members at fall regional meetings.

Promoting the Value of Nursing
Value of Nursing posters are now prominently displayed in the critical care units at four hospitals in the Durham, N.C., area, thanks to the efforts of the Triangle Chapter of AACN in connection with Nurses Day in May 2000. The chapter framed the posters and presented them to the unit managers, who placed them where they would be readily visible to both staff and visitors. Here, Mary Holtschneider (left) and Becky McKenzie (right) presented a poster to Yvonne Spurney, a chapter member and nurse manager of the medical ICU at Duke University Health System. Holtschneider is a member of the Public Policy Work Group and a Triangle chapter officer. McKenzie is chapter president.
