Paper and Pencil Exams Offered at TRENDS Conference in October 2012

A paper & pencil administration of the CCRN, PCCN, CCRN-E, CCNS, ACNPC and CNML specialty exams and the CMC (Cardiac Medicine) and CSC (Cardiac Surgery) subspecialty exams will be offered on-site at the Fall TRENDS conference in King of Prussia, Pa., on the morning of Friday, October 5, 2012.

Preregistration using a special TRENDS Exam Application is required for all exams.

For eligibility and exam preparation materials:

• CCRN and PCCN applicants must download and review the CCRN/PCCN Exam Handbook
• CCRN-E applicants must download and review the CCRN-E Exam Handbook 
• CMC and CSC applicants must download and review the CMC/CSC Exam Handbook.

Special TRENDS exam applications, including those for CCNS, ACNPC and CNML exams at TRENDS, may be obtained by emailing certification@aacn.org. Please specify that you wish to obtain a Fall TRENDS exam application and note which exam you are interested in.

Payment of exam fees must accompany your TRENDS exam application and must arrive at AACN no later than Wednesday, September 5, 2012.

Approximately one week prior to the exam session, candidates will receive a confirmation letter with the exam time and room location of the testing session. Please refer to the TRENDS Conference brochure or the Southeastern Pennsylvania (SEPA) Chapter of AACN website at www.aacn.org/sepa.
