How the grantee used this instrument: This pamphlet contains a wealth of easily accessed information for families and patients entering the ICU and perhaps facing end-of-life questions. The practical help available for common problems (parking and child care), as well as a description of services provided, methods of communication, ways to seek help, provide relief during a time of stress.
