Shipping Methods and Carriers

All domestic orders are shipped Standard FedEx Ground. For Priority/Overnight shipping rates, please call our Customer Care Department at 800-899-2226, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 p.m. PST.

Shipping exceptions

Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Please call our Customer Care Department at 800-899-2226 for pricing.

When to Expect Your Order

For mailed in orders, allow 3 business days to process and 5-7 business days for delivery of available product.

For on-line and phoned in orders, available product will ship the following business day. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Business days are M-F, 7:30-4:30 PST.

Direct from Publisher

For products shipping directly from the Publisher, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Items are shipped standard FedEx ground service.

Backordered Items

Backordered items will ship separately as soon as they become available. Most items will become available within 7-14 business days, unless otherwise indicated (preorders, publisher reprints, etc.).
