Description
We cannot deliver perfect care if we are not first safe. This session provides the tools to design and promote activities that establish a “culture of safety” through transparency and innovation. By creating a “catch of the day” program, ICUs and pediatric critical care units (PCCUs) can identify and build processes to reduce errors in the work environment.
