HWETeamTool.org Website Transition Information

The AACN Health Work Environment Assessment web site, HWETeamTool.org, launched in November 2009 due to the generous support of AACN's co-sponsor VitalSmarts, who developed and hosted the site since its inception. Our longtime goal to integrate the assessment with www.aacn.org, aligning the tool with more information about Healthy Work Environments and the resources AACN has to offer, has finally been realized as you can see from the new web site.

What you need to know about the changes

• For users who have never registered as Assessment Administrators on the HWETeamTool.org site:
  • Use your existing AACN member or customer login, or create a new account at www.aacn.org to gain access to the assessment tool.
• For users who have registered as Assessment Administrators and created assessments on the HWETeamTool.org site:
  • Your registration and account have been transferred to www.aacn.org in one of two ways:
    1. If you also have an existing AACN member or customer login, that account will supersede your HWETeamTool.org login. Log in to your AACN account to access your history and manage your assessments. Please contact Customer Care if you have questions about your AACN account.
    2. If you never had an AACN member or customer login, AACN sent you an email with a unique code allowing you to create a new account on aacn.org and still have access to your assessment history. If you did not receive an email, please contact us at info@aacn.org and provide the email address you used to create your HWETeamTool.org account. We will send your unique code to that email address.
• For users who only registered as Assessment Administrators but never created assessments on the HWETeamTool.org site:
  • Use your existing AACN member or customer login, or create a new account at www.aacn.org to gain access to the assessment tool. Your previous account on HWETeamTool.org was not transferred.
