Exhibitor Badges

The exhibitor badge self-entry process is now closed. If you need to add or make changes to your exhibitor badges, please bring them with you onsite to Exhibitor Registration at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.

Exhibitor Registration hours are as follows:

Saturday, May 18 7:30 am-5 pm
Sunday, May 19 7:30 am-6 pm
Monday, May 20 7 am-5:30 pm
Tuesday, May 21 7 am-5:30 pm
Wednesday, May 22 7 am-4:30 pm
Thursday, May 23 7 am-1 pm

You may now enter your exhibitor staff badges for the National Teaching Institute & Critical Care Exposition. You can add and/or make any changes until May 8, 2013, after which time you will be able to take your list of names on-site to Exhibitor Registration.

Exhibitor badges will only be issued to employees of exhibiting firms. Each representative of an exhibiting company must wear the official AACN badge at all times while in the exhibit area. Exhibitor badges may be made out only in the name of the company shown on the application for exhibit space.

All badges will be distributed on-site only and may be picked up at the Exhibitor Registration Desk.

Each exhibiting company is allowed to register five booth personnel for each 10x10 booth space.
