Description
Both chapters and ambassadors bring AACN programs and initiatives to the nurses in their communities. However, if the ambassador is not a chapter member, then the connection between the work the chapter and ambassador are doing is not there. This session explores how chapters and ambassadors can collaborate to plan, promote, and communicate activities effectively to best serve the nurses in their communities.

Describe the work that both chapters and ambassadors provide to promote AACN in their communities.
Discuss opportunities to collaborate on joint projects.
Understand how to access ambassadors and chapters in the participant’s area.
