Content
Content specifically targeted to
meet the needs of the advanced practice nurse may be found in designated preconferences,
clinical sessions, leadership/role development, pharmacology and mastery sessions.
Speakers are selected across disciplines: advanced practice nurses, pharmacists
and physician colleagues. Look for the

The Advanced Practice Institute
(API) is fully integrated within the National Teaching Institute, allowing the registered
participant to attend both API and NTI sessions of interest. In addition to the
educational sessions, API attendees will have access to all NTI networking opportunities,
exhibits and entertainment events.
Pharmacology Content Credit
The API in Atlanta will include
educational sessions that meet requirements for pharmacology continuing education
credit. Sessions designated for pharmacology continuing education credit will be
specifically identified in both the session listing and on the continuing education
certificate with the
symbol
for the convenience of the APN who requires this category of credit for licensure
and/or recertification. More than 11.75 CE hours of pharmacology content are available
during the Advanced Practice Institute. |
