Susan Veazey of Panama City, Fla., was the winner of the box decorating contest in connection with the Mail Home Service, offered for the first time at the 1998 National Teaching Institute,� Advanced Practice Institute,� and Critical Care Exposition in Los Angeles, Calif. For her creative efforts, Veazey received complimentary registration to the 1999 NTI or API in New Orleans, La. Second place in the contest went to Pat Bellamy of Brookline, Ore., who received a $50 gift certificate for AACN products, and third place went to M. L. Pruzinsky of Houston, Tex., who received a $50 U.S. Savings Bond.
