Chapter Advisory Team (CAT) members and Public Policy Advisory Team (PPAT) members provide a valuable link among local chapters in their regions as well as between chapters and the AACN National Office. These volunteers are not only familiar with issues and trends in their regions but with national AACN initiatives.
The 1998-99 CAT and PPAT teams gathered in July for orientation. Each CAT and PPAT member has been assigned a voice-mail extension, where members and chapters can contact them for assistance. Just dial (800) 394-5995 and the extension of the CAT or PPAT in your region.
