To-Do's and FAQs After Registering: PCCN Review

To-Do's for Individuals

  1. Double-check our technical requirements.

AACN’s live PCCN Review Course uses WebEx, a virtual classroom webinar platform. All content is viewed through your computer, so you must have Internet access.

To access the live sessions and the recorded archives, your computer must comply with the following specifications for operating systems and Internet browsers:

    Operating Systems
    • PC: Windows XP, Vista (32-bit/64-bit), Windows 7 (32-bit/64-bit), Windows 8 (32-bit/64-bit)

    Internet Browsers

    • Safari: 4.5, 5.0, 5.x
    • Firefox: latest version
    • Chrome: latest version

  2. Add our email address to your “safe sender” list.

After you register, you will receive confirmation emails and reminders from the following AACN email addresses: messenger@webex.com and education@aacn.org. Please add these addresses to your “safe sender” list to receive login links and registration information.

  3. Disable pop-up blockers.

When you log onto the first session, you will need to disable pop-up blockers in your Internet browser settings so the webinar classroom can load and allow you to enter the session.

  4. Choose how to access the audio.

If you have a sound card, you may listen to the presenter through your computer's speakers. Otherwise, call in to the webinar using the toll-free telephone number provided in your registration confirmation email.

To-Do's for Group Leaders

  1. Group leaders must register all group participants.

The group leader registers the group (download, save and fill out this Excel spreadsheet) and will receive the webinar login link via email.

Send the completed spreadsheet to stacy.klinger@aacn.org by April 14, 2014.

Please note: The roster must include a valid email address for each participant. Invalid email addresses will not be eligible for archive access or CNE hours.
