Test Your Computer

Please take a few minutes to test your computer using all three links below to ensure optimal viewing on all of our webinar platforms, and to avoid experiencing connectivity issues with your hospital’s network firewalls. Contact your IT department to assist with computer setup, if needed, to enable access to the live event. 

*Please remove network blocks or filters that disable streaming media (disable pop-up blockers).

Operating Systems

Windows

  • Windows XP or later
  • Display resolution of 1024x768 or higher
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 or later, Firefox 2.0 or later, or Google Chrome 4.0 or later
  • Silverlight 5.0 or later
  • Adobe Flash Player 10.3 or later
  • Windows Media Player 9.0 or later
  • Broadband Internet connection (750 Kbps or more)
  • No network blocks or filters that disable streaming media (unblock pop-ups)
  • Speakers

Mac

  • Mac OS X 10.5.7 or later
  • Safari 4.0 or later (or Firefox 3.6 or later)
