VIP Invitations to the Critical Care Exposition
VIP Invitations are available for you to send to your customers, prospective customers or special guests. We hope you will invite customers and your special guests to enjoy complimentary admission to see your display and one of the leading healthcare tradeshows.
Advance Space Selection
Watch your email in early April for information on the advance space selection process. Based on priority points, Technical Exhibitors (only) will be assigned appointment times on Wednesday, May 21, to select exhibit space for NTI 2015 in San Diego. We need to receive a completed NTI 2015 online application on or before Wednesday, May 21.
Online Service Kit
The Online Service Kit contains information for ordering exhibitor services such as booth furnishings, lead retrieval, electrical, audio visual, security and more.
NTI exhibitors are invited to submit their corporate logo and a company contact so NTI attendees may contact them for questions about products or services. To enter the logo and contact person please go to the Exhibitor Portal.

If you are interested in ordering the preregistration attendee list please use the Participant Mailing Label Order Form. NTI list rentals with the names and direct mail addresses of NTI registrants who opt to receive mailings will be available in late April.
Email addresses and phone numbers are not available. Please note AACN requires advance review and approval of all mailings and we require the use of a third-party mailing service to ensure a one-time use of the seeded list.
If you choose to rent the preshow attendee list, you’ll receive approximately 4,000 names of NTI nurses at a cost of $125/thousand names. Exhibitors are responsible for all printing and postage costs, along with the NTI 2014 list rental fees.

Members of AACN’s nursing community enjoy a variety of news about NTI from nursing and healthcare media. If your company plans to conduct media outreach to support your participation at NTI, your PR professionals may wish to connect with the AACN Communications team.
We’ll help you with access to on-site media opportunities and, when appropriate, incorporate your news into the overall media plan for the conference and exposition. See the Exhibitor Media Information Sheet for contact information and details about NTI media efforts.
New – Booth Layout Approval
Exhibitors that have an island booth must submit a rendering of their booth layout design for review and approval to AACN by March 20, 2014. Renderings can be emailed to Randy Bauler, AACN exhibits director, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Final Booth Payment
Full booth payment for exhibit space was due February 5, 2014. If you have a balance due, please go to the Exhibitor Portal to make your payment as soon as possible.
