You may now enter your Exhibitor Staff Badges through the NTI website. This will allow you to add and/or make changes until the final deadline of May 8.
You will need to enter your Customer Number and Order Number located on the invoices that have been mailed to you periodically or contact Maribel Aguayo at firstname.lastname@example.org.
VIP Invitions to the Critical Care Exposition
VIP Invitations are available for you to send to your customers, prospective customers or special guests. We hope you will invite customers and your special guests to enjoy complimentary admission to see your display and one of the leading healthcare tradeshows.
Advance Space Selection
Watch your mail in early April for information on the Advance Space Selection process. Based on priority points, Technical Exhibitors (only) will be assigned appointment times on Wednesday, May 22, to select exhibit space for NTI 2014 in Denver.
We need to receive a completed Advance Space Selection Application along with an $800 deposit and your exhibit choices for NTI 2014 by mail or fax on or before May 1.
If your representative cannot attend the May 22 selection meeting, the application and deposit that you send by May 1 will serve as your proxy and AACN staff will assign the best available space, using your booth choices as a guide.
To rent the NTI preshow attendee list, please use the Participant Mailing Label Order Forms. Please note AACN requires advance review and approval of all mailings and we require the use of a third-party mailing service to ensure a one-time use of the seeded list.
If you choose to rent the preshow attendee list, you’ll receive approximately 4,000–5,000 names of NTI nurses at a cost of $125/thousand names. Exhibitors are responsible for all printing and postage costs, along with the NTI 2013 list rental fees.

NTI Exhibitors who are manufacturers of healthcare equipment, devices, supplies, technology and pharmaceuticals are reminded that Massachusetts state law requires that you may only give-away educational items of value to healthcare professionals licensed in Massachusetts.
You may want to evaluate the educational value of your NTI 2013 give-away items and/or determine the best way to identify healthcare professionals licensed in Massachusetts when they visit your NTI booth in Boston.
Members of AACN’s nursing community enjoy a variety of news about NTI from nursing and healthcare media. If your company plans to conduct media outreach to support your participation at NTI, your PR professionals may wish to connect with the AACN Communications team.

Sign up for the NTI Exhibitor News Network and we’ll play your promotional message or commercial on video kiosks during NTI 2013. If you sign up before April 1, we will run your commercial on video-equipped NTI shuttle buses at no additional charge.

New Promotion & Advertising Packages
NTI exhibitors can combine NTI 2013 conference support opportunities with either NTI shuttle bus advertising or CriticalCare eNewsline advertising options and enjoy savings of $4,000–$18,000 if you act by March 15.
You build your own package by choosing any two of the following: CriticalCare eNewsline electronic ads (banner or skyscraper ads), NTI shuttle bus ads (entrance side panel or back panel ads) and/or select NTI sponsorship opportunities.

Final Booth Payment
Full booth payment for exhibit space was due February 5, 2013. If you have a balance due, please submit payment as soon as possible or call Maribel Aguayo at (800) 394-5995, ext. 509, to determine your balance or make a credit card payment.
