Complimentary listings are available for all NTI 2013 exhibitors in the ExpoGuide. Exhibitors are now able to enter their own ExpoGuide Description and Product Category Listings on the NTI 2013 website.

Descriptions and product categories must be entered by February 6, 2013, to be included in the ExpoGuide. If your company description is not entered by February 6, 2013, only your company name, address, website and booth number will be listed.

Companies that submit applications after February 6, 2013, will only be listed on the NTI website and NTI Voices, the on-site daily newspaper.

ExpoEd — Education on the Exhibit Floor at NTI 2013

NTI exhibitors can offer education on the exhibit floor through ExpoEd activities that apply concepts and principles about patient care and clinical practice.

Activities use a variety of formats — for example, live and multimedia presentations, computer-assisted self-learning and hands-on demonstrations — and must adhere to the high standards of AACN ’s educational plan.

Activities may apply to specific equipment, products and services. Nurses can earn CERPs toward their AACN certification renewal for these approved educational activities on the show floor.

Videotaping of ExpoEd sessions is not allowed. Application information is posted at www.aacn.org/expoed.

If you have any questions, please contact Chelley D'Amato at (800) 394-5995 ext. 269 or RoseMarie Faber, RN, MSN/ED, Alumnus CCRN ext. 310 or expoed@aacn.org.

Sunrise Sessions — Corporate-Supported Satellite Symposia

Sunrise Sessions provide your organization with a unique opportunity to host an exclusive educational session on Tuesday, May 21, or Wednesday, May 22, from 7:00-8:30 a.m. These extremely popular breakfast sessions are designed and planned by the corporate sponsor, from selecting the educational topic and expert presenter to determining the size of the audience.

AACN offers NTI attendees Continuing Education Recognition Points (CERPs) for Sunrise Sessions. CERPs are an AACN designation for nurses to fulfill continuing education requirements to maintain AACN certifications and are not equivalent to a CNE or CME contact hour.

Opportunities are limited. If you are interested in a Sunrise Session and would like to discuss the benefits, please contact Susan Flynn at (800) 394-5995, ext. 511 or email susan.flynn@aacn.org.
