When You Register In Advance

  • Register for the main conference before April 7, 2010, and qualify for the lower early-bird fee.
  • Register in advance and jump right into the NTI with your name badge, ExpoCard and event tickets in hand. We mail them in late April.
  • If they don't arrive before you leave for Washington, DC, pick them up at Hall AB NTI Registration.
  • At the Convention Center, take your badge to Hall AB Bag Distribution to pick up your tote bag and badge holder.

Sunrise Sessions

  • Sunrise sessions are pre-ticketed and fill up well before the conference. Sessions include a plated breakfast.
  • Choose one session and up to two alternates. You will be registered in order of preference.
  • Check the box on the registration form and we'll choose a session for you, if your choices are unavailable.

To Cancel

  • To qualify for a refund, cancel in writing no later than April 16, 2010 to qualify for a refund. Allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
  • A $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
