A Community of Exceptional Nurses
As AACN begins a new fiscal year, I want to take a moment to thank you for the incredible work you do every day to promote our mission and strengthen our community. We are committed to ensuring you have the tools and resources necessary for success.
As you read on, you’ll see that we are asking you to let us hear your voice by recommitting to your role as an ambassador and by participating in our annual satisfaction survey. I sincerely look forward to hearing from you and continuing our valuable partnership dedicated to driving excellence in critical care.
Warm regards, Melinda
Recently, we sent you an invitation to reaffirm your commitment and intent to continue serving as an AACN Ambassador. To ensure that we stay attuned to your interest and availability to continue in this role, we are implementing a “Two-year Recommit” policy. Moving forward, we will record your new term in our system as July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2014, and ask you to recommit every two years.
If you wish to recommit and have not yet done so, please take a moment to fill out the Ambassador Recommit Form. We have extended the deadline to submit this form to July 15, 2012.
Anyone who does not submit the form by this date will be removed from this group. However, if you decide not to recommit at this time but wish to join again at a later date, please let us know.
This month we will be sending out our annual satisfaction survey. Your feedback is vital to ensuring that we are providing you with the best information and tools to assist you in your role.
When you receive the email with the survey attached, please take a few moments to complete it. We value your voice!
Please join us in welcoming the AACN and the AACN Certification Corporation boards of directors, who began their terms with the start of the new fiscal year July 1. The AACN board joins together our community of exceptional nurses to shape the future of nursing practice.
