Chapter Contract Submission Form


Chapter programs and events often require chapters to enter into contracts with speakers, vendors/exhibitors, sponsors or facilities. Prior to signing any contract, chapters are required to submit them to National AACN for review and approval, to ensure the chapters and AACN are protected. For more detailed information, refer to Chapter Contracts and Grants on the AACN website.

  • If your chapter will be applying for CEs from AACN, be sure to review the policy and submit the three required forms.
     
  • AACN chapters may also submit a List Rental Request for mailings.
