Nursing, like the rest of healthcare, is constantly evolving – and positive change is crucial to moving the profession forward. Clinical nurses are essential to creating positive change in the nursing unit. They are uniquely positioned to see the situations, processes and outcomes that need improvement, and to understand factors underlying “the way it is” and challenges to creating change. Nurses are also invaluable in designing change to fit the unit culture, and engaging peers and colleagues in embracing and sustaining change.
So why is change so difficult? This live webinar takes a Q&A approach to exploring opportunities, challenges and strategies for clinical nurses to effectively lead change in their units. Webinar presenter Mary Bylone will respond to real-time questions submitted by the audience during the webinar, providing recommendations and insights based on her experience and expertise in nursing and leadership.
