Project Goals/Objectives

  1. To improve staff RN compliance with the practice of bedside shift report
  2. To decrease incidental overtime
  3. To improve Press Ganey HCAHPS scores pertaining to communication with nurses

Project Outcomes

  1. Increased staff RN compliance 4 percent
  2. Decreased incidental overtime 14 minutes
  3. Increased Press Ganey HCAHPS scores up to 24 percent in all categories pertaining to communication with nurses
