Project Goals/Objectives:

  1. Increase Healthy Work Environment Assessment Tool (HWEAT) True Collaboration score 10% (2.98 to 3.27)
  2. Decrease Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI) score 5% (36.48 to 34.67)
  3. Increase transport pre/post survey satisfaction scores 6%
  4. Greater than or equal to 50% of staff will rate the transport space as productive or very productive

Project Outcomes:

  1. Increased HWEAT True Collaboration score increased 4.7%
  2. Decreased Oldenburg Burnout Inventory score decreased 1.89%
  3. Increased team job satisfaction scores 13.23%
  4. 80% of staff rate the transport space as productive/very productive.
  5. Projected Annual Savings: $160,893
  6. ROI 1008%

Project Overview:

The transport space was redesigned to focus on rest, recovery and productivity. This was accomplished by separating the stocking area, charting area and lounge area, and creating a zen den and gym spaces. In addition, monthly team building challenges initiated.
