Project Goals/Objectives

  1. To decrease ventilator days by 25 percent
  2. To decrease length of stay (LOS) for NPPV patients one day
  3. To increase positive patient outcomes

Project Outcomes

  1. Reduced ventilator days 35 percent
  2. Reduced average ICU LOS 1.38 days
  3. These outcomes resulted in a projected annual fiscal impact of $898,380.
