- To implement a mobility protocol on the surgical intensive care unit (SICU) to decrease patient length of stay
- To collaborate with staff nurses in learning about and using the protocol
Project Outcomes
- Decreased average length of stay 0.5 day
- This outcome resulted in a projected annual fiscal impact of $1,750,000.
