- Decrease nurses' perception of missed care 20 percent
- Increase nurses' meaningful time spent with patients 10 percent over the next year
Project Outcomes
- Increased available time for comfort talk with patients 34 percent
- Increased timely medication administration 17 percent
- Increased ability to update plan of care 34 percent
- Increased ability to teach/counsel patients 43 percent
- Decreased nurse turnover 10 percent
- These outcomes resulted in an estimated fiscal impact of $282,000.
