Session Summary

This session examines how Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) contribute to creating and sustaining Healthy Work Environments (HWEs) that support high‑quality care and team well‑being. Participants explore the six Healthy Work Environment Standards and consider their impact across interdisciplinary teams. The session highlights the essential leadership and organizational responsibilities required to ensure APRNs experience the supportive, safe and empowering conditions necessary to thrive in practice.
