Session Summary

This course explores the growing and underrecognized issue of burnout among APRNs. Participants examine key drivers of fatigue, from workload burden to emotional exhaustion and discuss both individual and organizational strategies to reduce burnout and turnover. Learners explore new innovative staffing models that incorporate patient acuity and predictive analytics to improve staffing ratios. Through interactive discussion, gain practical tools to advocate for change and implement supportive systems within your healthcare environment.
