Neurodivergent nurses bring valuable skills and perspectives to healthcare teams, yet many leadership strategies fail to adequately support their unique needs. This session introduces nurse leaders to inclusive leadership approaches designed to recognize strengths, address challenges, and foster psychological safety for neurodivergent team members.
