Session Summary

This session equips nurses to provide compassionate, dignified pediatric end-of-life care by utilizing palliative principles, effective communication skills and an understanding of family needs. Strategies to support presence, connection and legacy-building are explored. The session also addresses the emotional impact on nurses, offering tools to reduce burnout, build resilience and find meaning in this challenging yet vital work.
