Session Summary

Creating and maintaining a healthy work environment is imperative for achieving excellence within any system. In this session, a panel of nurse leaders and bedside nurses discuss their ongoing journey from initial rebuilding after COVID though their current situation as a Beacon Award-winning ICU. Examples of our engagement strategies, interventions, results and obstacles are provided. Participants are able to better understand the AACN Healthy Work Force Strategies and leave with practical examples of their implementation.
