Session Summary

Change initiatives often fail despite strong evidence. This intermediate-level session explores how nurses lead successful, sustainable change using Kotter’s Change Model and principles of implementation science. Participants learn practical strategies to translate evidence into action, engage stakeholders and embed change into unit culture to improve outcomes.
