Session Summary

Patients move fluidly across levels of care; nursing teams often do not. This panel brings med-surg and critical care nurses together to explore shared challenges, dispel misconceptions and strengthen collaboration across the care continuum. Through real-world dialogue and practical strategies, attendees will gain insights to improve transitions, teamwork and patient outcomes while supporting nurse growth and practice readiness.

  • Discuss practical strategies for strengthening collaboration, communication and mutual respect across levels of care.
