Session Summary

Nurses at any stage in their career can be leaders. This interactive session examines the importance of understanding our inner strengths and goals as we shape our individual leadership journeys. Emphasis is on understanding leadership styles and identifying key strategies to enhance leadership development at all levels within nursing.
