Session Summary
This session highlights the dynamic education efforts behind transitioning to a larger CVICU. A high-impact education day combine unit tours, hands-on training with new and existing equipment, and neonatal education. Multidisciplinary simulation on day and night shift strengthening teamwork, readiness, and communication.
