Session Summary

Tele-critical Care RNs have unique perspective and valuable insight into resuscitation practices across a large system. A standardized tool was developed to inform areas of opportunity and drive resuscitation improvements. Communication was the most commonly reported issue. Tools are reviewed regularly by leadership for trending and specific actions needed, then integrated into existing quality review structures.
