Session Summary

Effective sepsis management goes beyond initial bundle implementation. Nurses review the critical process of ongoing patient reassessment, highlighting key clinical indicators that signal the need for increased monitoring and intervention. Evolving sepsis pathophysiology and how these changes influence treatment decisions will be discussed. The session reviews common sepsis-related complications and provide evidence-based strategies for escalating care in response to patient deterioration.
