Session Summary
This session introduces the AACN Clinical Scene Investigator (CSI) Academy and its 12-month cohort model designed to empower direct care nurses to lead sustainable, data-driven improvement projects. Attendees will learn how CSI builds leadership, collaboration, and innovation skills while producing measurable patient, clinical, and organizational outcomes shared at national conferences.
