Session Summary

Creating a healthy work environment (HWE) is now more important than ever. Substantial evidence exists demonstrating the impact of HWEs on nurse/healthcare team, patient, and organizational outcomes. This session focuses on the importance of HWEs and highlights ways to assess and improve your work environment utilizing the Healthy Work Environment Assessment Tool (HWEAT) and the HWE standards.
