Session Summary

Explore the APRN’s critical role in the initial management of acute aortic pathology prior to surgery. This session reviews current guidelines, diagnostic imaging, and pharmacologic strategies for patient stabilization. Analysis of case study imaging strengthens the attendee’s ability to recognize high-risk features and make timely decisions. This session is designed for APRNs aiming to enhance diagnostic and pharmacologic expertise. Pharmacology content = 30%
