Will the course be recorded and available for on-demand viewing later?

This course will not be recorded, so there won’t be an on-demand version. The live, interactive nature of the event is key to the learning experience.

How do I join the virtual sessions?

We will use the Zoom platform for this course. A few days before the live sessions, you will receive a reminder email with instructions for joining the meeting and additional information, including a link to download a PDF workbook.

Is there a limit to the number of attendees?

Each registration fee covers one individual. Registration for the course is limited to 75 participants. If registration reaches maximum capacity, the “Register” link will no longer be accessible.

If the course is sold out, can I get on a waiting list?

There is not a wait list.

Will handouts be available?

Course registration includes access to a downloadable session workbook. A link will be emailed to you a few days before the live session.

What if my plans change? Can I get a refund?

Refunds will be available for participants who cancel on or before December 26, which is one month before the first session. There is a $100 cancellation fee for participants who cancel after December 26. Please contact AACN’s Customer Care Team at or 800-899-AACN (2226), Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PT.

What if I have technical difficulties during the virtual sessions?

  • The reminder email for this event will include a link and instructions to test your system before the live workshop begins.
