Will the workshop be recorded and available for on-demand viewing later?
This workshop will not be recorded, so there won’t be an on-demand version. The live, interactive nature of the event is key to the learning experience.
How do I join the live workshop?
A few days before the live event, you will receive a reminder email with instructions for joining the workshop and additional information, including a link to download a PDF workbook.
Is there a limit to the number of people who can participate?
Registration for the workshop is limited to 150 participants. If registration reaches maximum capacity, the “Register” link will no longer be accessible.
If the workshop is sold out, can I get on a waiting list?
There is no waiting list for this event; however, registration will reopen if cancellations occur. Please return to the event page periodically to monitor the status.
Will any handouts be available?
Workshop registration includes access to a downloadable session workbook. A link will be emailed to you a few days before the live event.
What if my plans change? Can I get a refund?
If you cannot attend the live workshop you registered for or wish to attend on a different date, please contact AACN’s Customer Care Team at info@aacn.org or 800-899-AACN (2226), Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PT.
Refunds will be available for participants who cancel at least three days before the live event. Credits should appear within five to seven business days.
What if I have technical difficulties during the workshop?
- The reminder email for this event will include a link and instructions for testing your system before the live workshop begins.
