Exhibitor Portal

The Exhibitor Portal is available to enter your ExpoGuide description and product category listing, staff badges and company logo, make booth payments and print your invoice. In order to enter a description, badges or company logo, a booth payment must have been made. If you have questions about the Exhibitor Portal, please email maribel.aguayo@aacn.org.

Exhibitor Logos

If you have not entered a company logo in the Exhibitor Portal yet, please do so now. We add your logo on the NTI platform for both live and virtual attendees to see your company name and view your description. so you are prepared once you arrive on-site.

Staff Badges

Please enter your staff badges through the Exhibitor Portal. You may add and/or make changes at any time. You will need your customer number and invoice number, which were sent to you with your booth confirmation email. The portal is also available for you to make booth payments and print your invoice. If you have any questions or need login information, please contact Maribel Aguayo at maribel.aguayo@aacn.org.

VIP Invitations to the Critical Care Exposition

VIP invitations are available for you to send to your customers, prospective customers and special guests. We hope you will invite them to enjoy complimentary admission to see your display at one of the country’s leading healthcare trade shows.

Online Service Kit

The Online Service Kit is now available and contains information for ordering exhibitor services such as booth furnishings, lead retrieval, electrical, audiovisual, security and more.

Mailing Labels

If you are interested in ordering the preregistration attendee list for direct mail only, please use the Participant Mailing Label Order Form in the service kit. NTI list rentals with the names and mailing addresses of NTI registrants who chose to receive mailings will be available in late April. Email addresses and phone numbers are not available. Please note AACN requires advance review and approval of all mailings, and we require the use of a third-party mailing service to ensure one-time use of the seeded list. If you choose to rent the preshow attendee list, you’ll receive approximately 2,000 names of NTI attendees. Exhibitors are responsible for all printing and postage costs, along with the NTI 2024 list rental fees. The deadline to order is April 12.

AACN Gift Certificates

Exhibitors can give the gift of education to NTI attendees. Gift certificates can be used to purchase educational materials, publications and other items. Please complete the Gift Certificate Order Form, or call AACN Customer Care at 800-899-2226 for more information.

Exhibitor Housing

Exhibitor housing is open! Be sure to book early. Exhibitors who cancel room reservations after April 19 will forfeit their first night’s room and tax deposit for each room canceled. If you have questions, please call Convention Housing Management, the official AACN housing bureau, at 800-340-1840. Please be aware of unauthorized email solicitations from non-official vendors offering housing options for NTI 2024 in Denver. AACN has not approved these emails or given these companies your email address. We strongly encourage you to make hotel reservations with Convention Housing Management.

NTI 2024 Social Media Toolkit

Consider sharing with our community of exceptional nurses that you will be exhibiting at NTI 2024, and invite them to stop by your booth. Social media graphics, sample captions and best practices are provided in the Social Media Toolkit, if you would like to share with your network.

Booth Layout Approval

Exhibitors with an island booth must submit a rendering of their booth layout design to AACN for review and approval by March 29. Email your renderings to Randy Bauler at exhibits@aacn.org.

Payment Deadline

Full booth payment for exhibit space was due Feb. 8. If you have a balance, please visit the Exhibitor Portal to make your payment as soon as possible. Please note there will be a 2.5% convenience fee on credit card payments. This charge is necessary to help offset the costs associated with credit card processing. You have the option to use alternative payment methods such as a check or ACH, which do not incur this fee.
