Staff Badges

Please enter your staff badges through the Exhibitor Portal. You can add and/or make changes at any time. Each exhibiting company is allowed to register five booth personnel for each 10x10 booth space. All badges will be distributed on-site and need to be picked up at Exhibitor Registration. You will need your customer number and invoice number, which were sent to you with your booth confirmation email. VIP Invitations to the Critical Care Exposition

VIP invitations are available for you to send to your customers, prospective customers and special guests. We hope you will invite them to enjoy complimentary admission to see your display and one of the country's leading healthcare trade shows.


Nurses' Night Off

Nurses’ Night Off will be held at SeaWorld on Wednesday, May 20, from 7-9:30 p.m. Tickets are $100 each and can be purchased in advance at the registration desk in the AACN Resource Center. Shuttle service will run throughout the evening.


Online Service Kit

The online service kit contains information for ordering exhibitor services such as booth furnishings, lead retrieval, electrical, audiovisual, security and more.

Payment Deadline

Full booth payment for exhibit space was due Feb. 5. If you have a balance, please visit the Exhibitor Portal to make your payment as soon as possible. Badges will not be distributed if you have a balance due.
