Wednesday, May 20 - 10:15 a.m.-3 p.m.
Exhibitor Portal
The Exhibitor Portal is available for you to make booth payments, enter your ExpoGuide description and product category listing, enter staff badges and upload your company logo. The ExpoGuide description must be entered by Feb. 25, 2026, to be included in the ExpoGuide. In order to enter a description, badges or upload your company logo, a booth payment must have been made. Please note that a 2.5% convenience fee on credit card payments will be charged. You have the option to use alternative payment methods, such as pay by check or ACH, which do not incur this fee. You can contact Maribel Aguayo with your questions at maribel.aguayo@aacn.org.
Exhibitor Housing
Exhibitor housing will open in early December. Be sure to book early. Exhibitors who cancel room reservations after April 15 will forfeit their first night's room and tax deposit for each room canceled. If you have questions, please call Convention Housing Management, the official AACN housing bureau, at 800-340-1840. Please be aware of unauthorized email solicitations from non-official vendors offering housing options for NTI 2026 in San Diego. AACN has not approved these emails or given these companies your email address. We strongly encourage you to make hotel reservations with Convention Housing Management.
ExpoEd — Education on the Exhibit Floor
NTI exhibitors can offer education on the exhibit floor through ExpoEd activities, which apply concepts and principles about patient care and clinical practice. Activities use a variety of formats — for example, live and multimedia presentations, computer-assisted self-learning and hands-on demonstrations — and must adhere to the high standards of AACN’s educational plan. ExpoEd presentations may discuss your company's equipment, products and services. Nurses can earn continuing education recognition points (CERPs) toward their AACN certification renewal for these approved educational activities on the show floor. Videotaping ExpoEd sessions is not allowed without the prior written consent of AACN. You can contact Chelley D'Amato with your questions at expoed@aacn.org. If you apply before Feb. 5, 2026, your session information will be promoted in the NTI Program and ExpoGuide.
NTI 2026 exhibitors are invited to present prerecorded virtual ExpoEd sessions at the virtual version of NTI 2026, June 15-17, for a separate fee. Prerecorded topics can be the same as the live, in-person NTI, or new topics can be submitted if a virtual ExpoEd application is approved by the AACN ExpoEd team.
Sunrise Sessions — Corporate-Supported Satellite Symposia
Sunrise Sessions provide your organization with a unique opportunity to host an exclusive educational session Tuesday, May 19, or Wednesday, May 20, from 7-8:30 a.m. These popular breakfast sessions are designed and planned by the corporate sponsor, from selecting the educational topic and expert presenter to determining the size of the audience. AACN offers NTI attendees CERPs for Sunrise Sessions. CERPs are an AACN designation for nurses to help fulfill continuing education (CE) requirements to maintain AACN certifications and are similar, but not equivalent, to a CNE or CME contact hour. Apply by Feb. 5, 2026, to receive great benefits, including a $2,000 savings on your Sunrise Session fees, a priority time slot and greater exposure for your session by being included in NTI promotional materials. If you are interested in sponsoring a Sunrise Session and would like to discuss the benefits, please email Chelley D'Amato at sunrise@aacn.org.
NTI exhibitors may sponsor and present prerecorded virtual Sunrise Sessions, June 15-17, at the virtual version of NTI 2026, for a separate fee. A separate application and fee is required for each virtual session.
