Dianne Pearce RN BSN CCRN Dianne Pearce is the Director of Nursing for Acute Care at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. Dianne is a graduate of Cleveland State University and current graduate student at Kent State University, majoring in Health Care Management. She has made contributions to inpatient acute and critical care nursing as a leader, teacher, and instructor for staff. Her contributions include the success of several units achieving the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) Beacon Award for both critical and acute care areas. Dianne is a 2013 AACN Circle of Excellence alumni and an American Organization of Nurse Executives Fellowship attendee. In addition, Dianne has received recognition for her achievements in nursing leadership from The National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators several years in a row.
