About Michelle

I have been a critical care nurse for over 25 years, including 10 years as a clinical nurse specialist focusing on practice improvement and education. I love teaching! I have taught many classes over the years including the critical care class series at my local hospital, regional classes through the local AACN chapter, and a previous NTI presentation. In my off time, my husband and I enjoy dancing, hiking and our 3 young grandsons.
