About Jennifer

I am a new faculty member in the College of Nursing at Augusta University. Prior, I was the clinical educator and CNS for the Surgical/CT ICU and Shock Trauma ICU at Augusta University Medical Center, which is a Level 1 trauma center in Augusta, GA. I am very active in trauma outreach and education and am a TNCC and ATCN instructor. I am very interested in PFCC and how family engagement and interaction affects patient care and outcomes, with a specific focus on culturally competent care and inclusion of vulnerable populations, particularly the LGBT population.
