About Kathleen

I have been a critical care nurse since 1979 and nurse educator for critical care the past 25+ years. I am a site administrator for the Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) and have used ECCO in our blended learning format since 2003. Onboarding new critical care nurses is a passion of mine. I also teach "Strategies to Facilitate Learning" to RNs in the MSN program at Webster University. I love helping to bring our next generation of nurses along and transform into highly skilled, critically thinking, brilliant nurses!
